LA Buildings Light Up Orange for Disabilities Awareness Nationwide

Cities across the nation are honoring the nonprofit Easterseals, which helps disabled Americans.

The Capitol Records building, the Santa Monica Clock Tower, and the U.S Bank Tower will be among over 30 landmarks nationwide that are being lit in the color orange Sunday night in celebration of the 100th anniversary of Easterseals, a nonprofit which helps disabled Americans.

The Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa will also be taking part in the event, as will Los Angeles International Airport, which will light up its gateway pylons.

Easterseals says it has helped 1.5 million people with disabilities across the country through a national network of 71 community-based affiliates, including Easterseals Southern California.
