A Los Angeles Police Department motorcycle officer was injured Tuesday morning in a crash in the Mid-City area.
The officer and a car were involved in the crash at La Brea Avenue and Venice Boulevard. The officer's injuries were not considered life-threatening, police said.
Aerial video showed the officer being transported from the scene in an ambulance.
The crash was reported at about 8 a.m.
