One person was shot and killed and a second person wounded in a drive-by shooting outside a restaurant in Pacoima Friday night.
The shooting took place about 8 p.m. outside a restaurant near the intersection of Glenoaks and Van Nuys boulevards, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison.
One person died at the scene and the second person was taken to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, Madison said. Madison said he did not know the gender or ages of the victims.
The only description of the shooter's vehicle was that it was black with tinted windows, Madison added.
