THERMAL, Calif. -- Four people were wounded in a shooting in Thermal, authorities said.
The victims -- who had just left a party -- were in a vehicle stopped at Avenue 53 and Calhoun Street when a white vehicle with two occupants approached about 11:50 p.m. Saturday, sheriff's Sgt. Anthony Baur said. At least one of the two opened fire.
The sergeant said a man and teenage female were treated for minor injuries, a teenage female received moderate injuries and a male teen suffered serious injuries.
Another person in the vehicle with them was unhurt.
One suspect was described as wearing a dark hat, blue-checkered flannel shirt with white stripes and blue jeans.
