Caught on Camera: Three Sought in Armed Robberies at Garden of Eden Adult Bookstore

Since March 20, three armed robberies and an attempted robbery have been reported at the Garden of Eden adult bookstore

Police on Tuesday released surveillance video in an effort to identify the people behind three early morning armed robberies and an attempted robbery at a Garden Grove adult bookstore.

Since March 20, three armed robberies and an attempted robbery have been reported at the Garden of Eden adult bookstore in the 12000 block of Garden Grove Boulevard, according to Garden Grove police Lt. Carl Whitney.

"During the robberies, a male suspect entered the business and threatened the clerk with a semi-automatic handgun," he said.

The robber left with cash.

The other robberies occurred on May 16, June 1 and the attempted robbery occurred on June 12, Whitney said.

During the June 1 robbery, one of the men waited in front of the business and was seen standing next to a woman who may have acted as a lookout.

In the June 12 attempted robbery, one of the men covered his face and threatened the clerk with a handgun before leaving without any money, Whitney said.

Both men are described as Hispanic, 25-30 years old with visible tattoos. The female is described as white and also 25-30 years old. She wore prescription glasses and had tattoos on her legs.

All of the individuals should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information regarding their identities was urged to call 714-741-5836.
