A Barstow man accused of raping two young women he met through an online dating website has been arrested, and detectives believe there could be more potential victims.
Dionza Antwoine Bradford, 24, was taken into custody last Thursday for the rapes of two women, ages 18 and 19, that took place about eight months apart, the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said Tuesday.
In the most recent case, detectives said Bradford met his victim on Plenty of Fish and asked in a text message if she wanted to "hang out." The two met on June 7, and as they were driving to Bradford's home, he took a detour to a secluded turn out in the Running Springs area and raped her. He then abandoned her at a gas station on Highway 330 in Highland.
After Bradford was identified as the suspect, detectives learned of a similar case being investigated in Victorville from October. In that incident, detectives said Bradford met the victim through a dating website, he if she wanted to "hang out" and raped her at a motel.
"He assaulted her more than once over the time that she was with him," spokeswoman Cynthia Bachman with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said.
Bradford was a running back University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he played football for two seasons before leaving in 2002. Prior to that, he was a star player at Serrano High School in Phelan.
Detectives are asking anyone who may have been victimized by Bradford was asked to contact police.

Bradford was being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $750,000 bail.
