Is there a hole in the middle of your favorite doughnut?

Or is there a Dole?

Well, there's actually neither when it comes to one of the newest treats available at Disneyland park, though fans of a certain tangy whip creation at the Tropical Hideaway — and, of course, in front of Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room — may think so at first glance.

Or even first taste. For the recently re-introduced Pineapple Doughnut, which is for sale at the Jolly Holiday Baker Cafe, does have some Dole-esque elements, including its sunshine-pretty hue and all of that yummy pineapple-y goo inside.

But this isn't a Dole dessert, but rather what happens when the sweet 'n sticky fruit folds into a breakfast classic.

Indeed, it has made a cameo before at The Happiest Place at Earth, but it returned in time for the summer of 2019, complete with its little paper umbrella intact.

And, really now, how often do you get a doughnut with an accessory? Picturesque add-ons are sometimes the province of cakes, or even cocktails, but not the humble, round, frosting-covered breakfast treat.

This beauty needn't be humble, though, for it is ready made for a snapshot, with its umbrella and a marshmallow flourish on top.

Just try and get that picture, of course, before you forget and take a ginormous bite.

The price? It's $5.99. Find it where Main Street meets the Central Plaza, near the entrance to Adventureland, at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe at Disneyland park in Anaheim.
