A school bus caught fire on the 118 Freeway Monday morning, clogging a transition road to the 5, authorities said.
No students were on board and no one was hurt, according to the California Highway Patrol, which was working to completely open the transition road by 9 a.m. Diesel fuel had spilled across all lanes of the freeway.
