Visit the Ghirardelli Chocolate Lounge for wine and beer tastings, as well as samples from "gourmet dessert vendors." The "From Cocoa Bean to Chocolate Bar" Chocolate School gives interested students the background on how a chocolate bar is made. And chef demos?
