Jennifer Lopez, Leah Remini Involved in Car Crash With Suspected Drunk Driver in Malibu

Singer Jennifer Lopez and actress Leah Remini were uninjured when Lopez's new car was rear-ended by a suspected drunk driver who was later arrested after allegedly fleeing the scene in Malibu Saturday night.

Authorities said Remini was driving Lopez’s car when it was rear-ended at a traffic signal. Lopez’s two children were in the car at the time of the crash and were also uninjured, according to Sgt. Phillip Brooks of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The collision with a pickup truck was reported around 8 p.m. in the 22700 block of the Pacific Coast Highway.

The driver of the pickup drove away on PCH, but authorities found him a short time later. The unidentified man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, authorities said.
