Two people were shot in an incident that was reported in the Mid-City region of Los Angeles Friday, authorities said.
The multi-victim shooting was reported in the area of Cadillac Avenue and South Garth Avenue (map), where police were called to the scene at 12:12 p.m.
Detective Gus Villanueva of the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Section said the two vitims were transported to a hospital privately in serious to critical condition.
No gender or age information was available, and it was not clear where the shooting had occured, Villanueva said.
