USGS seismologist Dr. Lucy Jones will answer questions from Reddit users Wednesday about the recent earthquakes in Southern California and what residents can do to prepared for the next one.

Jones has been a seismologist with the USGS and research associated at Southern California's Caltech since 1983.
The event comes after last month's magnitude-5.1 earthquake and days of aftershocks in the La Habra area.
