Man Suffers Major Injuries in Forklift Accident in Industry

A man suffered major injuries Monday when a forklift fell onto him in Industry.

The accident was reported about 3:50 p.m. in the 100 block of North Baldwin Park Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Crews freed the victim, a man about 30 years old whose arm was reportedly pinned, and he was airlifted to a trauma center, a dispatch supervisor said.

The forklift fell off a loading dock, according to reports from the scene.
