One man died after two men were shot while riding their bicycles near a Metro Gold Line Station early Tuesday in Boyle Heights.
The Los Angeles Police Department Hollenbeck Community Police Station responded to the double shooting just before 2 a.m. on 3rd Street and Indiana Street.
The victims were shot at multiple times with one of them being struck in the chest and the other in the back. The conditions of the victims were not immediately available.
Metro's Gold Line Station plans to assess the situation as police investigate the shooting to determine if it can resume transportation.
