More Than 600 Marijuana Plants Discovered in Lake Los Angeles Home

Two men were arrested after deputies discovered more than 600 marijuana plants being cultivated inside a Lake Los Angeles home Wednesday morning.

A search warrant was served at a residence on the 23400 block of East Avenue K-8, where Lancaster Station Sheriff's deputies seized the large amount of harvested marijuana.

A shotgun and several thousand dollars of cash were also found inside the home, officials said.

Jarret Gregory of Huntington Beach and Steven Devlin of Oceanside were arrested. A docile pit bull found at the residence was given to Los Angeles Animal Control.
