Nadya Suleman is being questioned about a black eye and bite marks on her son.

Police and child welfare officials have visited the home of octuplets mother Nadya Suleman to question her about bite marks and a black eye on her 4-year-old autistic son.

Suleman's attorney, Jeff Czech, says Orange County's Child and Family Services and two La Habra police detectives visited Suleman's home Wednesday afternoon.

The visit was first reported by RadarOnline.com.

Czech says he was not sure whether officials took any action against Suleman, who has gained national attention since giving birth to octuplets in January.

Czech says Aidan, one of Suleman's 14 children, likely got the black eye from a fall. He suggested the bite marks may have been from a sibling.

Czech says Aidan's teacher filed the report.

A call to La Habra police was not immediately returned Wednesday.
