Someone who bought a Powerball ticket in Alhambra made $477,969 over the weekend.
The ticket matched five numbers in the Saturday drawing, missing only the Powerball number, which would have made that ticket worth more than $16 million.
The winner bought the ticket at Asia Supermarket at 910 West Valley Boulevard in Alhambra.
