    Public's Help Sought in Finding Teen Twin Sisters
    Audrey and Hazel Segura have been missing since July 5, 2014.

    The public’s help is being sought in finding two teenage twin sisters who went missing on July 5 in the Sylmar area of the San Fernando Valley.

    Police said Audrey and Hazel Segura, 14, walked away from their home in the 14400 block of Lyle Street around 8 p.m. after being confronted by their mother about a social media account. They were last seen in the area of Polk Street and Glenoaks Boulevard.

    The family of the twins is “extremely concerned for their welfare,” according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.

    Audrey and Hazel were both described as a Hispanic females with brown hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighing about 130 pounds. Audrey was seen carrying a black backpack and her sister was carrying a khaki-colored backpack.
