Police Wednesday were seeking three suspects who burglarized Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig's Encino home.
The break-in -- the second within a month at the residence -- occurred about 8 p.m. Tuesday while the right fielder was at Dodger Stadium for his team's 10-inning victory over the Colorado Rockies.
The suspects ransacked the home and located a safe in the second-floor master bedroom, dragging it downstairs, through the living room and to the front door entrance. They left the safe at the front-door entrance, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Dragging the safe caused approximately $10,000 in damage to the house.
An inventory was being conducted to determine the amount of property taken, police said.
The suspects fled in a black four-door Toyota with paper plates, police said.
The same suspects were believed to be involved in an attempted burglary at the residence about 11 p.m. on Aug. 30.

Two suspects were described as 20-to-25-year-old men with slim builds, between 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing between 160 to 190 pounds. The description of the driver, the third suspect, was unknown.
