A man who was arrested over the weekend after an attempted kidnapping was being sought after he returned to the same Riverside County location just days later in another abduction attempt, according to detectives. He was back in custody Wednesday morning.
Investigators asked for help in locating the San Jacinto man suspected in the two crimes. He was identified as Billie Fenter, 40.
In the first case, deputies responded to the area of Esplanade and San Jacinto avenues Sunday after a report of a man trying to lure a 15-year-old into his vehicle in San Jacinto, about 90 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The car was described as a black, four-door, Nissan sedan with Arizona license plate number CEJ2788, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.
Fenter was later arrested on suspicion of annoying and molesting a child, the sheriff's department said.

On Tuesday, deputies received another report of an attempted kidnapping at the same intersection and the description of the suspect matched Fenter. He had bailed out of jail Monday.
The victim in Tuesday's case identified Fenter, the sheriff's department said.
Fenter was back in custody as of Wednesday morning, officials said. No further details were immediately available.
