Police sought the public's help Tuesday in tracking down an armed robber who broke into an Irvine home.
An Irvine resident reported that an intruder in broke into his home about 8:45 p.m. Monday, apparently wielding a gun. Another resident returned home during the holdup, prompting the man to flee with cash and credit cards, police said.
A detailed description of the man was not immediately available.
