Tattoo artist Jose Guijosa is the self-proclaimed Dodger tattoo expert and he has a body of artwork to prove it. From the basic Los Angeles Dodgers logo to a pig sporting a blue Dodgers jersey, Guijosa has a varied portfolio of artwork displaying pride for the Boys in Blue.
Guijosa is touted for his artwork. His clients say he's the go-to-guy for Dodger ink at his Pomona shop, "Killer Tattoos." The shop is decked out with Dodger memorabilia from bobble heads to baseballs. Since the Dodgers clinched a World Series bid, he says he has seen a boost in business and team spirit.
The artist is known for his fine detail when creating his artwork whether it is on a client's back, arm or even their head. Guijosa admits that it's not easy etching such detail, especially the bleachers that he etched on one client's back.
"I feel good seeing my great art like that," he said.
As the Los Angeles Dodgers gear up to return to the World Series, some fans are memorializing the moment in ink. Jane Yamamoto reports for the NBC4 News at 9 on Sunday, Oct. 22, 2017.
