A mother bear and two cubs were caught on video as they knocked over trash bins and searched for food Sunday night in Monrovia.
The bears were spotted at about midnight in the 900 block of Norumbega Drive (map).
Bears were seen snacking on trash bin food a week ago in the same foothill neighborhood east of Pasadena.
