Vacuum Thief Steals $25,000 Worth of Property From Target

Detectives at the Los Angeles Police Department's North Hollywood Station Monday circulated a photo of a man suspected in more than 30 thefts of high-end products from Target stores, which suffered about $25,000 in losses.

The unidentified suspect is accused of taking Dyson and iRobot vacuums and Nest smart home products from several Southland Target stores without paying for them.

Investigators released surveillance images of the man, who is thought to be Hispanic or possibly Armenian, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 7 to 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160-180 pounds, with a goatee. The suspect has been seen wearing glasses and driving a newer-model black or dark-colored four-door Cadillac SRX SUV.

Anyone with information about his identity or whereabouts was urged to call 818-754-8381 or 818-754-8377 to speak with Detective Joseph Hampton. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling 800-222-TIPS.
