The quiet of a Friday family home evening in Burbank was jolted when a sportscar went booming into a living room.
The Chevrolet Corvette was driven by a man who was later arrested by police on undisclosed charges.
No one was injured.
But Burbank Police were joined by their counterparts in the fire department in trying to remove the car from inside of the house at the corner of Alameda Ave and Lamer St.
Neighbors said they heard a loud crashing sound at about 7:30p.m. and came out of their homes to see the car lodged inside the home.
A police spokesman said while no exact details were available, “everything seemed ok.”
