The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a water main break at 3:47 a.m. on Friday in West Hollywood.
The incident occurred near La Cienega Boulevard and Melrose Avenue.
One restaurant in the area, Le Petit Bistro, was affected by the break.
Officials are waiting for the Department of Water and Power to turn the water off.
