A 10-year-old boy is dead after an off-roading hit-and-run, according to San Bernardino Firefighters.
The incident occurred around 9:00 p.m. Saturday night near the 15 freeway at Stoddard Wells.
A second child was transported to a local hospital.
There is no immediate information on the extent of their injuries.
