TJ's Comedy Night to Raise Money for Brain Cancer Awareness

Brain cancer is no laughing matter, but Sunday night local comedians are taking the stage to raise awareness and money.

Hollywood's iconic Comedy Store is the place to be for TJ's Dream Team Comedy Night.

TJ, from Downey, was diagnosed with brain cancer when he was 14.

His mom, Diane Peacock, would not let her loss go unnoticed.

Since his passing, she's been raising money for the City of Hope in TJ's name. The show starts at 7:30 p.m.

All of the money raised will go to the City of Hope Brain Cancer Research Department.

TJ's Dream Team does not take any money.

The comedians donate their time, the club donates everything it needs and the raffle tickets all go to this cause. This year features Drew Lynch who was a finalist on "America's Got Talent; Dean Delray, Jade Catta-Preta, Nicholas Rutherford and host Corey Roberts.
