Employees at the El Al Cargo Facility near Los Angeles International Airport were evacuated Wednesday morning due to a suspicious package investigation.
Investigators later determined the package contained non-hazardous liquid.
The police activity in the 5700 block of West Century Boulevard near LAX did not affect airport operations. Employees were evacuated as a precaution and allowed to re-enter the building at about 7 a.m., according to airport police.
