While Facebook may be the biggest social network in the world, its 900 million customers don't seem to like it very much.
Even the fledgling social network from Google, Google+ is more well-liked, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index. The year-old Google+ and Wikipedia tie at 78 out of 100 -- and are on the top of the list of social media sites.
Facebook, on the other hand, is the most disliked site with a score of 61, a drop of 8 percent from its previous ranking in 2011. (In case you're wondering. (LinkedIn scored 63,Twitter ranked 64 points and YouTube tied with Pinterest at 73.)

"If Facebook doesn't feel the pressure to improve customer satisfaction now, that may soon change," ForeSee's CEO, Larry Freed, said. ForeSee is the analytics firm that helped ACSI create the report.
This was the first year Google+ was included in the survey founded at the University of Michigan and includes interviews of 70,000 people each year.
The majority of complaints against Facebook were its changes to the user interface, namely its new Timeline
which was rolled out to some intense hatred. In contrast, Google+'s clean interface was considered a welcome change.
