Manhattan Beach Fire Causes $1M in Damage

Firefighters doused the blaze in about 10 minutes

A weekend fire at a Manhattan Beach building has caused an estimated $1 million in damage.

It only took about 10 minutes to knock down Saturday's fire at the two-story business complex but fire Battalion Chief John Weber said it destroyed at least three offices.

No injuries were reported.

Weber told the Daily Breeze of Torrance that the blaze apparently started in a dentist's office.
