A group of French Valley/Winchester softball players are pitching in to help families in need with a food drive on Saturday, March 7, according to MyValleyNews.com.
The French Valley Girls Softball Association (FVGSA) will hold the drive during its Opening Ceremonies celebration.
Both the celebration and the food drive will be held at Abelia Sports Park, at Abelia and Winchester roads, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The food drive benefits the Community Food Pantry of Murrieta, located at 38444 Sky Canyon Dr. in Murrieta.
