The Culver City Home Brewing Supply Company is offering the three-hour classes on home brewing.
In it you can learn about thge equipment, beer varieties, the history of brewing, and techniques such as pitching yeast and pinching the bubble.
It's a hands on experience right up until the fermentation process, which takes several hours to days depending on what you're brewing.
You can also sample previous student's homebrews.
Students won't be obligated to buy anything, but once you start and taste your own creation, it may be hard to stop.
