Homicide detectives were investigating the fatal shooting of a man in Santa Clarita on Thursday.
The shooting was reported about 12:30 p.m. in the 20900 block of Costa Brava, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The 21-year-old man, who was not publicly identified, was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
He has been at the complex with a friend visiting another man. At some point, a fight happened in an alleyway.
