Human Remains Discovered in Angeles National Forest

Human remains were found Wednesday in the Angeles National Forest.

The remains were found about 12:25 p.m. at mile marker 45.60 on Angeles Crest Highway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Sheriff's homicide detectives were dispatched to the scene and no additional information was immediately available.
