Those arrested were Luis Enrique Rodriguez, 18, of Anaheim, Anthony Abadier, 20, of Huntington Beach and a 17-year-old from West Covina.
The Huntington Beach Police Department posted on its Facebook page several photographs of unidentified suspects from the July 28 riot, which occurred at the end of the U.S. Open of Surfing.
One of the photos showed a man tagging on a police patrol car. Rodriguez "liked" the photo - which led people on the social media site to recognize him as the person in the photo, according to a Huntington Beach police statement.
Rodriguez was arrested Friday on suspicion of vandalism.
Abadier surrendered to police on Aug. 11. He was accused of smashing newspaper stands with a skateboard. He was booked on charges of felony vandalism, participating in an unlawful assembly and refusing to disperse, according to the police statement.
The juvenile, whose name was not released, surrendered to police on Aug. 13. He was suspected of trying to tip over a public works truck and damaging portable toilets. He was booked on charges of felony vandalism, inciting a riot and refusing to disperse, according to the police statement.
