The new ARTIC transport hub's grand opening is happening in Anaheim Saturday.
It ciomes after the $185.2 million facility started taking travelers for the first time on Monday.
Saturday's celebratory event is open to the public, and will feature displays, family-nice to-dos, and self-guided tours.
The 67,000 square-foot terminal, which is fully named the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center, will function as a hub for rail, bus and taxi services. It is expected to be in huge demand from people visiting Disneyland, the Honda Center, and Angels Stadium.

Also inside the modern steel-and-glass structure is a variety of dining, retail and entertainment options, and it will be a venue for community events throughout the year
Federal and local transportation dollars funded ARTIC, which, officials say, should see about 8,000 commuters a day, and could one day handle high-speed rail. The hub has been in the works since 1992.
