President Barack Obama wrapped up a Los Angeles visit that included appearances at a pair of fundraisers and an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
Tuesday morning's fundraiser was a roundtable discussion at the Beverly Hills home of television producer Ryan Murphy. Tickets for the fundraiser were $33,400, with the proceeds benefiting the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee. Murphy, a writer, director and producer, is best known for "Glee," "American Horror Story" and "Nip/Tuck."
Obama then headed to LAX for a trip back to Washington, D.C.

On Monday, Obama entertained Jimmy Kimmel's audience with some of the mean tweets sent his way, beginning with one sent by Donald Trump in August when he said "President Obama will go down as perhaps the worst president in the history of the United States."
Obama's reply: "Really? Well, @realDonaldTrump, at least I will go down as a president."
The president appeared on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" during the middle of his three-day visit to Nevada and California, where he is campaigning and raising money for presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates. The segment contained a mix of humor and serious talk about the current election.
Kimmel routinely has celebrities read some of the mean tweets sent their way. Another person asked: "Barack Obama, bro do you even lift?"
"Well, I lifted the ban on Cuban cigars. That's worth something," Obama replied.
Obama spoke Monday at a $100,000-per-person evening fundraiser in Beverly Hills on behalf of Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, at the home of DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg and his wife Marilyn, according to an invitation obtained by City News Service.
The visit was Obama's 26th to Los Angeles and Orange counties as president and the fundraisers will be his 42nd and 43rd in the region. He conducted fundraisers during 22 of his past visits.
The visit was Obama's first since April 8 when he spoke at two fundraisers during a roughly 17-hour visit.
The Katzenberg event will be the fourth Clinton campaign fundraiser in the Los Angeles area in seven weeks with a $100,000 price tag.
