Road work caused major delays early Tuesday for motorists on the westbound 134 Freeway at Figueroa Street.
All lanes were closed and traffic was diverted at the Figueroa/Colorado exit. Traffic re-entered at Harvey Drive after a crawl on surface streets.
Two lanes and the carpool lane reopened at about 7 a.m.
It was not immediately clear how long the lanes will be closed.
