Jasper is a 6-year-old Skye Terrier mix. He was turned in by his owner because they were moving. He's a sweet dog, gets along with his kennel mates and loves people. Jasper's former owner said he is house broken. He's an active little dog who likes to go for walks or be held in your arms. All he needs now is a loving home.
