More Victims Sought of Man Accused in Craigslist Sex Assaults

Blaise Christie is accused of posting an advertisement soliciting someone for companionship through Craigslist between September and October, offering thousands of dollars per week

Police on Thursday urged potential victims of a Garden Grove man who faces multiple sexual assault charges after meeting his victims on Craigslist to come forward.

Blaise Christie, 32, is charged with two felonies of sodomy by force after he was arrested last month, according to a news release from the Garden Grove Police Department and Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Christie is accused of posting an ad soliciting someone for companionship through Craigslist between September and October, offering thousands of dollars per week.

Christie is accused of meeting with a 24-year-old and a 20-year-old on two separate occasions, engaging in consensual sex and forcibly sodomizing the victims.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.

Christie is in jail with bail set at $1 million. He faces up to 30 years to life in state prison if he's convicted.
