"Eat, Drink, and Enjoy the Ride" at The Proud Bird beginning on Thursday, June 29. The restaurant will observe limited hours through July 2, do note, and guests may make a reservation through Eventbrite. The Food Bazaar inside the restaurant is "a culinary melting pot" served by a half dozen kitchens. The bazaar's menu consultants? Chef Ted Hopson and Ann-Marie Verdi of The Bellwether. (And, yes, a P-40 Flying Tiger "flies" above the Food Bazaar.)
