A semitrailer truck crash on the eastbound 134 Freeway in Pasadena was just one of several traffic problems on Southern California freeways early Thursday after an overnight storm.

The California Highway Patrol reported 115 traffic incidents during the morning drive. The agency reported 55 during the same period -- 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. -- a week ago, when roads were not wet.
The crash on the eastbound 134 Freeway was at the ramp to the northbound 210 Freeway. The semitrailer truck blocked the ramp and nearly tumbled down an embankment.
No injuries were reported. A SigAlert remained in effect for about three hours.
At about 7 a.m., crews were at the scene of a crash that closed the southbound 405 Freeway connector to the westbound 101 Freeway.

The spring storm arrived later than expected Wednesday, but still soaked Southern California throughout the afternoon and into Thursday morning.
