Roof of Southeast LA Building Partially Collapses

LOS ANGELES -- The roof of a one-story commercial building in southeast Los Angeles partially collapsed Tuesday because of the rain, authorities said.

Firefighters went to 138 W. 38th St. shortly before 8 a.m., said d'Lisa Davies of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Firefighters were working to handle some flooding inside the building, Davies said.

No injuries were reported.
