Two pursuit suspects taunted officers Saturday afternoon as they led authorities on a pursuit that began in the Gardena area and ended in Wilmington.
Gang unit officers initiated the pursuit in Gardena. The suspects made their way to Carson and eventually the Wilmington area.
The Los Angeles Police Department said the suspect tossed a gun out of the vehicle at the start of the pursuit.
It appeared that the suspects were flashing gang signs out the window as onlookers stood to watch along neighborhood streets.
The pursuit ended around 5:30 p.m. when the two pulled over and surrendered in Wilmington.
