Police were pursuing a suspected stolen vehicle across several Southern California freeways Saturday evening at around 8 p.m.
Newschopper4 Bravo and Meghan Reyes were overhead and tracking the vehicle as it jumped mulitple freeways, including the 2 Freeway, 134 Freeway, 118 Freeway to the 5 Freeway to the 170 Freeway and eventually onto the 101 Freeway.
The driver was hitting speeds well over 100 mph and cutting through traffic, narrowly missing other vehicles.

Eventually, the driver crashed into a white vehicle from behind near the Vineland Avenue exit on the southbound 101 Freeway. Then, the suspect attempted to flee on foot across the 101 Freeway. He did not get far and was promptly arrested.
Police took the suspect into custody and the minor traffic backup
