The driver of a Dodge Challenger was detained along with a passenger following a short pursuit in Los Angeles County.
Police attempted to stop the vehicle for window tints and initiated the pursuit after the driver failed to yield.
The driver surrendered on the 60 Freeway near downtown Los Angeles. A female passenger was also seen getting out of the vehicle and surrendering to authorities.
