United Natural Foods Inc. is recalling some stuffed olives, that are possibly contaminated with a bacteria that causes botulism.
"Botulism is a potentially fatal form of food poisoning," according to federal health experts.
So far, no illnesses have been reported.

The recall involves FoodMatch Inc. Divina Olives stuffed with blue cheese. The product code number: PC 63172352790. The olives are packaged in plastic 4 oz. cup containers with a blue label.
The olives were distributed through Pavilion and Von's stores in California, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, South Dakota, Colorado and Wyoming.
The Food and Drug Administration says there was a lack of temperature control during the distribution process. The temperatures rose above those recommended by the manufacturer.
