Someone in Southern California may be holding a $465,539-winning Powerball ticket and not even know it, lotto officials say.
The winning ticket matched five of six numbers - 31, 35, 41, 9, 57 - but missed the Powerball number of 26.
California Lottery officials said the ticket was sold five months ago at Whitley Heights Market at 1900 North Highland Avenue in Los Angeles, but the jackpot remains unclaimed.
"Search your couch cushions, look in your glove box, check all your pants pockets," lotto officials said.
The lucky winner has until 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, 2013, to claim the prize, or the money will be given to California schools, lotto officials said.
