Police were pursuing a driver in the downtown Los Angeles area Wednesday afternoon, who ultimately pulled into a parking structure and fled.
Police had pulled away from the driver mid-chase after his moves became more and more erratic.
After weaving in and out of traffic, and attempting to lose the police helicopter, the driver pulled into a parking structure at South Carondelet Street and West Sixth Street.
Police surrounded the building and were searching for the man.
Eventually, the LAPD took a man into custody near 65th Street and South Avalon Boulevard after a manhunt in the area.
